What we collect

When you send a request or application, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or area, the trade you need or offer, a description of the job or your business, and your contact preferences. We also record the page you submitted from, the time, and whether you gave consent to be contacted.

How we use it

• To confirm the details of your request and connect you with one local service provider for your trade and area.
• For businesses, to review a territory application and talk with you about partnership.
• To follow up after a job, including asking whether the work went well and inviting a review.
• To run, secure and improve this website.

Who we share it with

A homeowner's request is shared with the one partner matched to that trade and territory. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't pass a request to a list of competing companies. We use service providers, such as hosting, email, and customer-relationship and messaging tools, to operate the service, and they process data on our behalf. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

Calls and text messages

Our forms ask for your consent before we or a matched provider contact you by phone or text. The consent language is:

You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. To stop calls or emails, or to withdraw consent entirely, email hello@fitosllc.com. Consent is never a condition of buying anything.

Email fallback

While our online intake is being set up, some forms open your own email app with your request filled in. In that case your message is sent from your email account to hello@fitosllc.com, and your email provider's privacy terms also apply.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't use advertising cookies. If we add analytics, we'll update this page to describe it.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep request and application information for as long as we need it to provide the service and meet legal obligations. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email hello@fitosllc.com.

Children

This service is for adults arranging home services. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We're a referral service

Jax Local Pros connects you with independent local businesses. We aren't a contractor, and we don't perform, supervise or guarantee the work. Always confirm licensing and insurance before work begins. See How it works.
