Roofers, plumbers, electricians and the rest are the physical infrastructure of a community. When their pipeline is a lottery, good operators get squeezed out and the market rewards whoever spams fastest. We built Jax Local Pros to change that.
The problem
Shared lead aggregators sell the same homeowner to several competing contractors at once. The contractor pays for the lead, races everyone else to the phone and usually ends up competing on price instead of quality. The homeowner gets flooded with calls. Trust wears away on both sides.
The idea
A digital tollbooth for every trade.
Jax Local Pros is the live, consumer-facing version of the Hyperlocal Digital Tollbooths project from Foundational IT. A tollbooth turns local search intent into a direct, exclusive connection: one territory, one partner, one qualified conversation.
Each request is captured on a fast, territory-specific page, confirmed by quick follow-up, routed to the single partner for that trade and area, and followed up after the job. It isn't resold or shared.
The aim is a cleaner local economy, where speed and quality win instead of volume.
